Nestling close by is the beautiful Ingleton Waterfalls walk and challenging walking territory around the Three Peaks. Boasting family facilities and nestling adjacent to a fine real ale inn, the cottage also has a pretty rear patio area and ample on-site bike and motorbike storage. Spectacular views surround the property which is perfectly placed for touring both the Lakes and Dales. We're just a stone's throw from beautiful market town Kirkby Lonsdale.
Accommodating five guests, the cottage has three bedrooms which include a spacious super king double bedroom with a flat screen TV and zip/ link beds which can be a twin by request. The two other bedrooms are a single and a double bedroom with the double also featuring a flat screen TV. The bathroom is well equipped with a bath, shower over and all bathroom accessories. A convenient second wc is available on the ground floor. The kitchen is chic and contemporary with all modern appliances including an electric oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and a washing machine.
Extensive facilities in the cottage include an iPod dock, Freeview 32" flat screen TV and a selection of games and books are provided for guest use. Families are welcome with both a highchair and a cot provided on request. An off road parking space is on-site for one car, with extra parking in a nearby pub car park just 20 metres away. The pretty rear patio with a BBQ and furniture is perfect for alfresco dining and drinks. Amenities are also ideally close by including a pub just a 10 second walk away and a shop only a 5 minute walk.
