2 well equipped, ETC 4 star comfortable holiday cottages on working farm, near Scarborough & Whitby

Town Farm Cottages are two superb non-smoking detached cottages, situated in a perfect Yorkshire country spot in the middle of Cloughton village, just 4 miles North of Scarborough. Guests are within easy access to the North York Moors National Park and the beautiful Yorkshire Coast. We're perfectly located for walking, cycling or touring. The two holiday cottages sit within the farmyard at Town Farm and guests have access to a superb garden and for children there is a safe children's play area. The cottages sleep 5 and 6, and have just been refurbished and redecorated to a luxurious standard. Full gas central heating runs throughout the property, plus all electricity, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Both cottages have direct-dial telephones, colour TVs, video players and digi boxes. Both are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including super well-equipped kitchens with gas cookers, microwaves, dishwashers, fridge/freezers and washer/dryers. The tastefully decorated rooms include a bedroom and wc on the ground floor, separate dining room and sitting room with a living gas fire in each sitting room. The properties are close to several pubs and inns, all providing good beer and excellent food. There is also a Post Office/general store in the village. Safe, off-road parking in the farmyard is available for all vehicles. We do welcome pets, and can provide stabling and grazing for visiting horses.

Specialities

For those equestrians who like to take their horses on holiday with them Town Farm is the perfect place to stay! Stables and grazing can be provided for up to 6 horses. Visitors can either stay in one of our holiday cottages or if they prefer, there are a number of local B&Bs willing to take our horsey guests!
