Green Gables Hotel offers Self Catering accomodation in the popular Yorkshire coast resort of Scarborough. The building opened as a hotel in 1923 and successive generations of the same family have been offering accommodation to individuals, families, educational visits and groups throughout the year ever since. The hotel is within walking distance of Falsgrave Park, south bay beach and the town centre. Scarborough itself has a wide range of attractions and offers a large selection of pubs and restaurants catering for all tastes.
Green Gables is located in Scarborough on the east coast of England where York, Whitby, and Bridlington are less then an hour's drive away. Facilities at the hotel include a heated indoor swimming pool, full sized snooker table, games room and licensed bar. The hotel provides an informal atmosphere for a variety of groups and conferences and our large lounges make it possible to cater for groups of over one hundred. Green Gables has over thirty years experience providing accommodation for children of all ages and provides an inspirational friendly environment for groups visiting Scarborough.
Rooms Description
We offer a choice of 20 different Self-catering holiday flats within Green Gables, comfortably accomodating between two and eight people. All the flats are fully equipped, (including bed linen and towels), all you need to do is bring yourselves. All our Self Catering flats offer a Lounge, Kitchen, Bathroom (with either a bath or shower), One or Two bedrooms and full use of hotel facilities.

Directions
By Train On leaving Scarborough Station turn left and follow signs for Thirsk. At the second set of traffic lights turn left onto Seamer Road following signs to York. At the next set of traffic lights turn right into West Bank, where you will find Green Gables at the top of the road. By Road When entering Scarborough on the A64, follow the road into Scarborough town centre. At the first set of traffic lights at a junction turn left into West Bank, where you will find Green Gables at the top of the road. When entering Scarborough from another direction continue into the town centre and follow signs for the train station. Then follow directions as if you were exiting the station.
