The accommodation has modern facilities combined with its original cottage features, and is styled on the Norwegian Hytte idea: good quality pine furniture, excellent facilities and underfloor heating! The surrounding areas will offer you stunning scenery, and this will surely create some lasting memories. There are many activities to experience such as golf, watersports, horse riding, walking, cycling and fishing.

There are many walking routes to explore leading directly from the cottage. Walking guides prepared by the family are provided in the cottage. For those who don't fancy a hike to the top of the hills, why not take a short stroll to the wonderful selection of pubs and restaurants, and sample some of the delicious food and real ales. We welcome horses during the summer months, and we have 2 stables available, or they can be turned out into the fields. The area offers to you the Pennine Bridleway, and you can soak in the stunning surroundings whilst tackling some of the 120 miles of open route.
