Within about 300 metres is the beach, some glorious seaside walks, the Cleveland Way, Sea Life Centre, miniature railway, golf club, North Bay Promenade and pleasant walks to all North Bay Leisure Parks.

Provisions may be obtained from the top of the road and meals are available from the nearby Ivanhoe pub and Brewers Fayre. The flat benefits from two bedrooms, a dining/lounge, kitchen, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and a porch. Bedroom 1 has one double bed and one single bed, and bedroom 2 has one double bed. (A foldaway single may be placed in the lounge/dining room).
