Sleeping 2 guests and perfect for romantic breaks, the all ground floor open plan living space includes pretty original features including exposed timbers and stunning stone floors, plus delightful touches including 'Slipper' bath within the bathroom. One stylish double bedroom, with open plan living space inclusive of fully fitted kitchen and pretty sitting room area with Freeview TV and DVD. All fuel, bed linen and towels inclusive. Family friendly with cot & highchair available and adjacent 3 acre field open access to guests. No Smoking. Shared courtyard with outdoor seating & BBQ. 1 well trained do welcome. Great Ayton Shops & Pubs 10 mins. Visitors should note there is an unfenced pond within the surrounding open access field therefore children will need supervision.
