Abbots Leigh Guest House is situated in a pleasant Victorian Terrace in the heart of Filey close to the beach and gardens. Filey is renowned for its glorious five miles of sandy beaches stretching from Filey Brigg to Bempton Cliffs to the south. This is a great spot for holidaying nature lovers being close to Filey Dams Nature Reserve. Filey Brigg is also a good lookout for watching seals and, if you are lucky dolphins. The town is also ideally situated for those ramblers walking the famous Wolds Way and Cleveland Way.

There are a great many attractions to be found within easy reach of the resort including Scarborough, Robin Hoods Bay, the harbour town of Whitby, Pickering, Goathland and the historic city of York with its museums, shops and restaurants. Abbots Leigh Guest House offers a substantial full English breakfast, though lighter and vegetarian options are available. All of our guest rooms are en-suite and include twin, double and family rooms. Each is equipped with TV, hairdryers, radio alarm clocks and a hospitality tray. Family rooms also have DVD players.Well behaved pets are welcome in two designated rooms. Sorry, we cannot accommodate children under the age of three years.
