WE DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE NIGHT STAYS) We are located on the Southern edge of Scarborough close to the University and South Cliff Golf Course. The town centre is approximately 1.5 miles.
We have our own free private car park with spaces for each guest room (not tandem - so your car is never obstructed).We never ask for your car keys to be left in Reception if you walk into town. We welcome children between 6 & 14 years of age and offer a 50% discount when sharing with two adults in a family room. DEPOSITS. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for advance bookings of 4 days or more. For 1-3 days a minimum of 1 day deposit is required.(We advise that you take out holiday insurance). Dogs are very welcome and the cost is £1 per night per dog. WE WILL NEVER TELEPHONE YOU (AS THIS COULD BE INCONVENIENT TO YOURSELVES) BUT WILL ALWAYS RESPOND TO AN E-MAIL ENQUIRY VIA E-MAIL. There are seven comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Family / Twin / Double & Single.All rooms have FREEVIEW TV / Radio / Refreshment Tray / Compact Fridge / Electric fans / Hairdryers / Double glazed & centrally heated.Ironing facilities are available on request.Free wireless Internet access is also available providing your laptop is wireless enabled.You also have your own room/front door key for unrestricted access.
We are a 5 min walk from the University which is ideal for a parental visit or potential students attending interviews and open days. Located in the Reception area is a PC with free Internet access dedicated to those guests who wish to check their e-mails or "surf the web" but do not have their own laptop. No time restiction unless other guests wish to use the PC. (Regret we do not have a printer facilty)
