We are located on the Southern edge of Scarborough close to the University and South Cliff Golf Course.The Cleveland Way Walk is just a short stroll away and the town centre is approximately 1.5 miles.

We have our own private car park with spaces for each guest room (not tandem - so your car is never obstructed) thus enabling our guests to return after an enjoyable day without the frustration of searching for a parking facility.(We never ask for your car keys to be left in Reception if you walk into town) We welcome children between 6 & 14 years of age and offer a 50% discount when sharing with two adults in a family room. Family / Twin / Double & Single.All rooms have FREEVIEW TV / Radio / Refreshment Tray / Compact Fridge / Electric fans / Hairdryers / Double glazed & centrally heated.Ironing facilities are available on request.Free wireless Internet access is also available providing your laptop is wireless enabled.

We are a 5 min walk from the University which is ideal for a parental visit or potential students attending interviews and open days.Located in the Reception area is a PC with free Internet access dedicated to those guests who wish to check their e-mails or "surf the web" but do not have their own laptop facility.
