As a local family run Guest House we take pride in our reputation for warm and comfortable accomodation, in an informal and friendly atmosphere. Our aim is to make you feel relaxed and at home. Situated on West Avenue, we are close to all local amenities including, the beach, shops, golf course, tennis courts and bowling green. For the more adventurous there is fishing, sailing, surfing or miles of rugged and beautiful coastline to explore.
Our home made breakfast consists of freshly grilled local produce, a selection of cereals, yoghurt and fruit along with homemade preserves to start your day. Facilities include a comfortable guest sitting room, licensed bar with competitively priced beers, wines and spirits. We also offer free wi-fi.
All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and clean white towels, television, clock radio, hair dryer, complimentary soap, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. A kettle and a wide selection of teas, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits are available in all rooms. We have 2 double rooms, 3 twin rooms (double bed and single bed) and 1 single room. All are clean, bright and comfortable.
Free pick up / drop off to and from Filey bus and train stations. As a Filey family we have unsurpassed knowledge of the local area and its people. Information on the surrounding area will be freely given as and when requested. Happy to accept bookings from family groups who may wish to book all rooms for a weekend or short break.
