Visit Websitefor more informationNestled between the bustling coastal town of Whitby, and the picturesque village of Sandsend, Graystone Farmhouse is a beautiful Grade II listed building outside the small village of Newholm and in the National Park, offering bed and breakfast accommodation in two well appointed double bedrooms and a snug. The bedrooms have fantastic views of the countryside.
Graystone Farmhouse and The Hayloft (annexed to the house) are part of an original 18th century farm and have all been sympathetically converted and recently refurbished to offer first class bed & breakfast accommodation. We offer a full English or continental breakfast, using locally sourced, organic ingredients (where possible) which are served in our sunny farmhouse kitchen. The B&B has access to a large garden which enjoys picturesque views and offers two good seating areas.
The bed and breakfast has two bedrooms, which are furnished with mostly antique furniture (including a king-size bed in one room & a double in the other), and features modern facilities, including tea and coffee making facilities, hair-drier, and a flat-screen TV. There is a large bathroom. The rooms are not en suite (arising from the building's listed status), but we will only let one of the rooms unless specifically requested otherwise (e.g., if both bedrooms are for friends or family).
Our breakfasts are cooked using, where possible, locally sourced, organic produce and we are happy to cater for any special requests/diets. Please note that we do have cats and though pets are allowed in The Hayloft cottage/B&B, they are not permitted in Graystone Farmhouse B&B.
