Sam and chris would like to welcome you to their home at Hallam Guest House. Our aim is to provide guests with clean stylish accommodation. Delicious home cooked food, at a great budget price. We are a 5 bedroomed guest house situated in the centre of Filey. 2 minute stroll from the bus and train station. 5 minute stroll from the town centre Hallam guest house has been newly refurnished and can now offer all bedrooms with ensuite facilities. Each room has been tastefully decorated in a individual style. Each room has wireless internet, tv with DVD player, alarm clock, hairdryer and a varied selection of hot drinks including, hot chocolate and herbal teas on our hospitality tray. Start the day with the delicious home cooked breakfast. Food that has been locally sourced including free range sausages, bacon and fresh free range farm eggs. We can cater for vegeterians and vegans. We can also be flexible on our breakfast times. We aim to please so if there is something you require, please don't hesitate to ask. Car parking is available on side streets around the guest house and there is a car park opposite the guest house where you can park your vehicle for free overnight. Our accomodation is one of the cheapest in Filey and we know you will be surpised at how much our guest house hardly differs from the rest who charge a much higher rate. All our bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. Each ensuite vary in size but all of them are have been beautifuly tiled. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated and each is provided with wireless internet, Tv and a DVD player, hairdryer and alarm clock. A wide selection of hot drinks and biscuits are avaliable on our hospitality tray. a wide range of toiletres including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and other items are also provided in case any guests have forgotten their own. Iron, Ironing board, Wine glasses, bottle openers, sewing kits and DVDs are all available upon request. Guests have keys which provides 24 hours access to your rooms at all times. We have a 100% no smoking policy. A seated patio area is provided at the front of the house for guests wishing to smoke. Prices are based on per person per night. Winter: £23 weekdays - £26 weekends November to march. Summer £26 weekdays £28 weekends April to November. Summer holidays and bank holiday weekends £28 per adult per night. Child prices are the same throughout the year and the child must be accompanied by two adults. 1-5 years £8 per night. 5-11 years £13 per night, 12 years - 16 years £16 When child is accompanied by one adult then all child prices are £20 per night for the first child,second and third child normal child prices apply
