Close to the edge of the Peak District, a short drive from Penistone and only half an hour from Sheffield you'll find our beautiful Rowan and Birch Cottages in Millhouse Green. They stand here on Smallshaw Farm, our 700-acre working farm complete with a luxury spa hot tub and a BBQ house for communal use, and they're both furnished to a very high standard including modern facilities and comfortable, homely bedrooms. Each cottage can accommodate up to five people, and they're a short drive from the M1 for easy access.

Our cottages are warm and comfortable complete with underfloor heating and all the essentials for a great self-catering stay. Each cottage has a modern fitted kitchen complete with dining facilities, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher alongside all other appliances, and there are comfortable living areas with TVs, DVD players and sound systems. Both properties feature one king-sized bedroom and one twin bedroom, a shower room and a bathroom with both shower and bath facilities. An additional put-up bed can be provided for a fifth guest in each. All bedrooms include TVs.
