The Ivanhoe Guest House is a small, family run establishment, where you can be assured of a warm, friendly welcome and where high standards of comfort and cleanliness are standard. Guests can expect hearty Yorkshire breakfasts and cosy fully equipped rooms. The guest house is situated in a pleasant residential area, approximately 200m from the beautiful South Beach in Bridlington, and within easy walking distance of the Harbour, Town Centre and Rail and Coach Stations. We are only a short walk from the Spa Theatre and the Royal Hall, ideal for conference delegates and theatre break guests.

All our rooms are tastefully decorated and have full central heating. We offer a range of double, twin and family rooms, all of which have en-suite facilities, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. Those requiring single occupancy are most welcome to book a room as a single at a small extra charge. Relax in our comfortable guest lounge with colour television, as well as a well stocked bar. The traditional English breakfast menu of sausages, bacon, eggs, baked beans, tomatoes, hash brown and fried bread, accompanied by cereals, fruit juice, toast and preserves washed down with copious amounts of piping hot tea or coffee sets you up for the days activities.

Rooms Description

All rooms are fully en-suite and we can offer the choice of shower or full size bathrooms. All guest bedrooms have been recently fully refurbished and offer quality accommodation at reasonable cost. We can offer a range of double, twin, triple or family rooms (sleeping three persons).

Specialities

Free off-street parking (this may be limited at peak times) although there is plenty of on-street parking without the need for parking permits. Guests taking advantage of the off-street parking MAY be required to leave a car key to facilitate access. All guest bedrooms are now non-smoking! We regret that we do not accept bookings for hen or stag night groups. FREE wireless Internet access available in all guest rooms.
