Sunnybank is perfectly located in picturesque Sandsend and boasts wonderful sea views stretching from the northern Ness headland down to Whitby and its Abbey in the south. There is plenty to do in the local area from spending time at the beach to visiting the local shops, restaurants and surf school. Enjoy a day out at the nearby Whitby where you can see the Whitby Abbey, stop in at the Captain Cook Memorial Museum or go on a Dracula tour as this is where Bram Stoker based part of his story. The Yorkshire Moors, Staithes and Runswick Bay are also within easy access to Sunnybank and great for a day trip.

At Sunnybank we offer three spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. Margot's bedroom includes a Belle Maison King Size Bed. Sally's bedroom sleeps two in twin beds. Michael's bedroom can sleep up to four in two single beds with two full sized single pull-out beds. There is also sleeping for two on the sofa bed in the reading room. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests will find a Welcome Pack on arrival. In the dining room there is seating for up to 10 people. The kitchen includes an oven range cooker (with grill), American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. We are eco-friendly using a combination of solar power and a gas boiler to provide hot water and heating throughout the house. Private off road parking for up to 4 cars. Sorry no pets allowed.
