Partridge Nest Farm is set in a discreet private setting in the beautiful Esk Valley between Sleights and Grosmont on the border of "Heartbeat" country. The site is located in the North York Moors National Park and extends to some 45 acres comprising pasture to moorland with outstanding views and rolling countryside which provides a safe and interesting environment for children and an ideal base for ramblers and pony trekkers.
Partridge Nest Farm Holiday Cottage is a very attractive and comfortable self catering cottage with all modern conveniences including central heating and washer/dryer machine. The cottage was converted from an old barn and was completed at the end of the 2001 holiday season. Two Double Bedrooms located in the main Farm House building are available on a Bed & Breakfast basis. These quality rooms can sleep 2 adults and a single bed can be provided for a child if required.

These quality rooms can sleep 2 adults and a single bed can be provided for a child if required. SELF CATERING - The cottage has a large lounge area with split level kitchen. The lounge area has exposed beams and includes a dining area, seating area comprising two double sofas and of course a television. Accommodation available comprises six caravans of ranging sizes from 28ft to 35ft each can sleep six persons, all caravans have at least one bedroom. CARAVANS - All caravans have their own television, W.C., shower and are fully equipped with cutlery, duvets and blankets etc. However, bed linen is not provided. Gas and electric are included in the price The upstairs comprises a double and a twin bedroom and a fold away bed is available for that 5th family member. The cottage is situated in the heart of the farm, which boasts rolling views of the countryside and moors. Guests have access to the whole of the 42 acres and can walk, trek, horse ride or take part in any of the other activities that may be on offer during their stay. The cottage is normally let on a Saturday to Saturday basis but in some cases weekends and long weekends can be available
EQUESTRIAN CENTRE - A superb riding centre and school situated in a discreet private setting in the beautiful Esk Valley, facilities include a large floodlit Arena with all weather surface, an extensive Cross Country Course, quality stabling and access to some of the best North Yorkshire Moors National Park bridle ways. The school has a large selection of Horses and Ponies to suit most sizes and experience levels. The Arena and Cross Country Course are also available for hire on an hourly basis. This is a safe and interesting environment for children and an ideal base for adult riders of all abilities
