Scarborough is a town on the North Sea, and draws a lot of tourism to the area because of it's miles of sandy beaches, friendly locals and the excellent selection of shops and eateries. The coastal town hosts Seafest, an annual festival based around Scarboroughs West Pier and North Wharf where you will find a maritime themed exhibition - this brings a lot of crowds and well-known folk song and maritime singers to the area. The area boasts some excellent transport links, which create a direct route to several cities and towns including: York, Leeds, Whitby and Middlesborough. Scarborough has a reputation for being a fun-loving place with many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Also, centrally located is the new Opera House Casino which was the biggest entertainment investment in Scarborough for over thirty years at time of construction.

The cottages are all beautifully and tastefully converted to a high quality, from red brick farm buildings which retain their original, rustic features, including original rafters and complimentary dark-wood furniture. The cottages are clustered around attractively landscaped gardens with views of rolling meadows towards the sea and Scarborough Castle. The leisure facilities include a superb indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The Teddy Bear’s Cottage and adventure playground are very popular with the children. The 9 cottages, all have at least between 1 and 3 bedrooms; all of which are tastefully decorated in a minimalist, contemporary style. The home is complimented by a fully-equipped kitchen, will full appliances and amenities, which includes a dishwasher; and of course a spacious and comfortable sitting area.
