Sue & Ian would like to welcome you to their 4 star Silver award Guest House.we are a warm & friendly family run guest house situated 40 yards from Crescent Gardens in a quiet location, It is located close to all amenities including the Bus and Railway Station, the Beach and Town being only a few minutes walk away. Come and enjoy the beauty of Filey and its award winning beach or just use it as a base to explore the surrounding countryside and villages. Whatever you do we are sure you will go home relaxed and with some treasured memories.

We have one kingsize en-suitetwo double en-suite on the second floor, on the first floor there is one twin en-suite room and one double en-suite.all our bedrooms have good quality linen and towels and toiletries. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Colour TV's plus Hair Dryers. three rooms have freeview.we have a range of chidrens games for those rainy days and a good selection of books.our dining room is tastefully decorated and furnished and has a coal fire for the cold winter months

We pride our selves on our breakfast consisting of our homemade sausage best back bacon ,delicately flavoured vine tomatoes,locally grown mushrooms and free range eggs with or without glaves 2009 Silver award best black pudding.We are happy to cater for special diets, please inform us before your arrival. during november, december and february we offer 3 nights for 2 or 4 nights for 3 monday to thursday also single night bookings at £30 per person in a double room monday to thursday excludes bank holidays and weekends
