Visit Websitefor more informationThe Ashburton Hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes walk along the beautiful tree lined Valley Road to the South Bay and Spa Conference Centre, and also a similar distance to the Town Centre and the Stephen Joseph theatre. We aim to offer accommodation amongst the very best in Scarborough whilst offering outstanding value. We charge seasonal rates that vary between £17.50 & £27.50 per person per night depending on the time of year. We have rooms to suit all people including singles, doubles, twins and family rooms to cater for families of 3-5 people. And can we also offer our recently refurbished Four Poster suite with Queen Ann style king size bed & LCD fireplace for those e cosy winters nights. All of our room are en suite and we are rated at 4 stars by Visit Britain.
In our dining room we offer an extensive breakfast menu with a buffet selection of fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurts and to your table we serve a choice of a Full English Breakfast, lighter options as well as fresh local kippers. Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 9.30 am and an earlier time is avaible on request, or why not let us spoil you with breakfast in bed. WE HAVE A PRIVATE OFF STREET CARPARK OUR HOTEL IS 100% NO SMOKING OPEN ALL YEAR
Following further refurbishment in November 2010 we have extended our smallest bathrooms and installed heated towel rails/radiators to all bathrooms. We have added LCD TVs to most rooms and also added leather tub chairs to all rooms for additional seating. We have created a new family room for 5 with interconnecting bedrooms each having its own private en suite facilities and we have also refurbished our luxury four poster bedroom. All rooms equipped with a generous hospitality tray, self controlled central heating, colour DVD television sets, free wireless internet access, radio alarm clocks and hair dryers. All guests are allocated their own key for unrestricted access.
