About this property
Hill Top Farm is a 178 acre working farm at the foot of the Yorkshire dales, only 3 miles from the market town of Masham. The barn will present you with first class self catering accommodation, and you will experience homely comforts throughout. Our visitors are welcome to walk around the farm, and can assist with the feeding of calves, sheep, pigs and horses on a daily basis. Guests can stable their horse on a livery basis, or enjoy the fun of Western style riding through lessons with our Equestrian trainer. You will have a memorable time whilst visiting us.
Hill Top Barn is a brand new conversion boasting an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas, wireless internet access, log burner and wide screen TV. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities, a TV, DVD player, and can sleep up to six in total. More information can be found on our Facebook page - Hill Top Barn. Children (and adults!) are more than welcome to help us with the daily feeding of the animals, collecting eggs and mucking out! There is an equestrian business on site for horses in training, and there are local riding schools where children can go on hacks and have lessons. Please just contact us for details of these.

There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding areas, and they are a must for the avid walker and rambler. You will come across picturesque scenes such as open countryside, woodlands, sculpture trails, ancient enclosures, industrial heritage trails and welcoming pubs, where the locals will greet you with a friendly smile. If you are a fan of breweries, then visiting visiting the market town of Masham is a must. The town has two breweries, The Black Sheep Brewery and the Theakstons Brewery, and both provide excellent visitor centres, brewery tours and traditional real ales.
