3 lovely 4 star apartments centrally situated in the historic fishing town of Whitby

Ammonites building dates back to the 1700's, it has now been transformed into three very large apartments which have all the modern conveniences of this century. Whitby is an historic fishing town on the north east coast of the United Kingdom. Amongst other things, it was the home of Captain Cook for many years, is the site of Whitby Abbey, and was the influence for the novel "Dracula" by Bram Stoker.

All of the apartments are non-smoking. One well-behaved pet is allowed by arrangement in each apartment. The apartments have hard flooring which doesn't always suit paws! We will leave the decision to you as this will affect your pet's holiday. Access to the apartments is through the main staircase. Mermaid is on the first floor after climbing 8 steps Starfish and Seahorse are split-level apartments and are located on the second floor a further 10 steps up. All apartments comply with fire regulations.

Rooms Description

MERMAID APARTMENT - sleeps 2. This apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, light and spacious. You walk into the lounge which has 2 sofas and footstool. The bedroom is off the lounge and has a king-sized bed with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. A lobby takes you from the lounge to the well-equipped kitchen. If cooking is your forte; there is a BBQ hob to cook on along with a standard gas hob. The bathroom is also off the lobby and has a full bathroom suite with walk-in shower. Cot, highchair and Z-Bed are available on request. In addition, we provide other facilities. STARFISH APARTMENT sleeps 4. Starfish Sleeps 4. You walk into the hall, which has a staircase leading to the master bedroom that has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with bedside tables. The upstairs landing also leads you to the bathroom which has a full suite with shower in the bath. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and has two single beds with bedside tables along with fitted wardrobes. The lounge is also situated off the hall and has 2 sofas, and footstool. There is a feature electric fire in addition to the central heating. The kitchen leads from the lounge, is well equipped and holds the seating area. In addition, we provide other facilities. SEAHORSE APARTMENT - sleeps 4. This is the largest apartment and, like the others, is immaculately presented. You walk into the hall of which the staircase to the two bedrooms is to your right. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles, both bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The bathroom is also off the top landing. On the ground floor the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and the dining room leads off to the kitchen where a large table enables you to comfortably enjoy the food prepared. The lounge has two large leather sofas and a footstool to relax in. A decorative electric fire is the focal point of the room. In addition, we provide other facilities.
