The apartments are ideally located close to a range of facilities, including shops, supermarkets, and a fully equipped Leisure Centre with swimming pool, gymnasium, and solarium, all within a five minute walk away.
Flat a is a self contained, one bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of this large terraced house. It includes a large lounge with bay window, one bedroom with twin beds, a kitchen/diner, bathroom and toilet with bath and shower. Flat b is a four bedroomed apartment, distributed across two floors with a lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and large bathroom with bath and shower. There is one large double, two twin, and one single bedroom.
All apartments come complete with colour TV, DVD player and have access to a payphone. They each have a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and glassware, and they all have a 4 burner gas cooker with oven and grill, as well as a microwave oven, fridge or fridge freezer, and an electric toaster.
Flat a is heated by economy 7 storage heaters, and Flat b is heated by full gas central heating. Prices don't include gas and electricity, but they do include free, unlimited access to Broadband. The supply of all bedding and bedsheets is included in the prices but we do not provide towels. Ample parking available.
