Bay Side Holidays is a small but established, friendly, family run business. All our properties are personally looked after so as soon as you arrive you will be able to relax; safe in the knowledge that we will do everything we can to ensure you have a carefree stay and a wonderful holiday. All holiday properties are located in pleasant and quiet residential areas, but just yards from the sea and within walking distance of the harbour, shops and town centre amenities.

GROVE HOUSE (North Bay) is located in an area of Bridlington known as "The Avenues" and is ideally situated for the North Bay of Bridlington. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to this fabulous beach and less than 15 minutes to walk past the shops and Leisure World to the harbour. CHERRY TREE HOUSE (SOUTH BAY)is located on Cardigan Road, a much sought after, popular and quiet residential area with the occasional small guest house. This lovely house is just 300 yards from the South Beach and 10 minutes stroll to the harbour and town centre. The South Bay has splendid amenities, including the Spa Theatre. You can also explore miles and miles of golden sand, watch the boats being launched and discover the wonderful unspoilt coast line leading to Fraisthorpe. BEECH TREE BUNGALOW (Sewerby Village) is located in Riviera Drive, Sewerby, a small, select coastal village that has a local pub and restaurant (supermarket and post office in walking distance). Within yards of the bungalow is Sewerby Hall, with its 50 acres of parkland, formal gardens, children's zoo and Bondville model village. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the middle of Bridlington's North Bay and a further 10 minute walk along the headland will take you to Bridlington town centre and harbour. HOLLY TREE BUNGALOW is the latest addition to the properties currently owned and operated by Bay Side Holidays. Like the other properties we offer, it is individually located in a select area and equipped to a high standard. Located in the North Bay it is only 5 mins walk to the beach and headland walk to Sewerby. An easy 15 to 20 mins stroll along the north foreshore takes you to the shops and then the harbour. A local Supermarket just 5 mins walk. Ideal for family summer holidays or couples wanting a relaxing off-season break. Superb base for exploring Heritage coast, York, Beverly, Scarborough Yorkshire Wolds and North Yorkshire Moors. (Lovely Coastal walks!)
