Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Pennines midway between Hebden Bridge and Halifax, The Loft Apartment at Oats Royd Barn in Luddenden is a stunning luxury contemporary apartment within a 19th Century mill stable conversion. Ideally placed for Bronte Country, this stunning self-catering property is family friendly with a cot, highchair and games all provided and a fantastic mix of traditional and modern facilities including a woodburning stove. Guests have inclusive use of a sundeck (shared with the owners) and both packed lunches and evening meals cooked with fresh local organic ingredients are available by request with 24 hours notice.

Accommodating four guests (maximum six), and with all bedding, towels, electric and gas included, the luxury loft apartment has a double bedroom and a separate twin bedroom. Both a cot and extra folding bed are available and beds feature quality comfy mattresses. The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower over and an airing cupboard. Central heating is throughout and living space is open plan featuring a sitting room area with TV, DVD, CD/ radio, a woodburning stove and an occasional single sofa bed. The stylish fitted kitchen is well equipped with essentials including a fridge/ freezer, gas oven and hob, a microwave, all kitchen accessories/ utensils and a dining table and chairs seating six. Ironing facilities are also provided.

Relax on the sundeck and stone flagged dining patio area with views towards the old mill pond or explore local attractions including the fantastic selection of independent gift, craft and vintage shops in nearby Hebden Bridge. Spectacular walking and cycling is direct from your door and many fine real ale pubs, entertainment and live music venues feature in the area. On warm summer evenings guests are welcome to dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the mill pond. Sun loungers are also provided and ample off road parking and secure bike storage is on-site.

Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) offered. Weekly bookings normally Saturday to Saturday. Negotiable discounts available for 2 week bookings or more.
