Woodside Villa is a splendid Victorian town house carefully maintained to the highest standards. Originally built in 1896. It retains all of the original features incorporated by the renowned local architect, boasting many unique design innovations of the day. Each of the rooms has been individually and tastefully dressed to reflect the styles and influences of the last century with modern twists intermingled. Comfort, luxury and style are our speciality. Sherrie and Graham welcome you to the delightful town of Whitby and will ensure that your stay at Woodside Villa will be the first of many. An ideal location as the Harbour and town centre is a mere five minute walk away. Private parking is available at the rear for some cars.

Woodside Villa combines a breakfast room and guest lounge, complete with chandelier, the perfect room to relax in after breakfast and plan your day. The breakfast room offers the comfort of real flame fire and Satelite TV, with view of the private garden it provides a wonderful & cosy area to unwind in the evenings. Small kitchenette with tea & coffee and a fridge full of soft drinks and water for our guests to enjoy at any time is situated next to your room. An iron is available on request and of course hairdryers.

Rooms Description

This is an exclusive non smoking, themed establishment that offers luxury accommodation in a warm friendly environment. We have a luxurious en-suite room which can sleep up to four people. Room 2 is decorated with Chinese style accessories and shares a spacious bathroom. Room 3 is a tastefull Edwardian themed room elegant and airy in cream, gold and turquoise. Most of the soft furnishings have been made by Sherrie. There are extra toilet facilities situated on each floor. All the rooms have colour television, central heating and double glazing for your comfort.

The Villa's current owner is an interior designer who has modelled the interior on the Boutique establishments popular in London at the moment. This means that none of the rooms are the same and all contain carefully chosen textiles and accessories that give a welcoming caring feel. Complimentary wine on arrival for guests staying for two nights or more.
