Yew Tree House is an excellent base for exploring the Dales on foot, cycling or by car or public transport. We have ample parking and whilst situated in a quiet location, we are but two minutes walk from the village square. We offer a warm welcome, spacious and comfortable accommodation which comprises three en-suite bedrooms. All en-suites are spacious and all bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV's with DVD players. Guests have use of a comfortable sitting room area with books and tourist information. Grassington is a picturesque village with a good range of interesting shops and a choice of restaurants and historic pubs for all tastes. It is an excellent base for walking, cycling and sightseeing.

Rooms Description

At first floor level we have three double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. All bedrooms are complete with terrestrial TV, CD/DVD players, tea & coffee making facilities, clock radios and hair driers. Irons/ironing boards are available on request. There is gas fired central heating throughout, and supplementary room heating is available on request. For the convenience of guests there is a porch where outdoor clothing/boots may be left, and there is also a drying room. Breakfast is served in the spacious and comfortable ground floor dining hall. There is a first floor lounge reserved for the use of guests. This contains comfortable seating, a CD/DVD library and a range of walking books and leaflets describing local attractions. Adequate car parking is available, and secure storage is available for bicycles and other outdoor equipment.
