Yew Tree House is an excellent base for exploring the Dales on foot, cycling or by car or public transport. We have ample parking and whilst situated in a quiet location, we are but two minutes walk from the village square. We offer a warm welcome, spacious and comfortable accommodation which comprises three en-suite bedrooms. All en-suites are spacious and all bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities and colour TVs with DVD players.

Grassington is a picturesque village with a good range of interesting shops and a choice of restaurants and historic pubs for all tastes. It is an excellent base for walking, cycling and sightseeing. Guests have use of a comfortable sitting room area with books and tourist information. At first floor level we have two double en-suite bedrooms, and a third en-suite bedroom containing a super-king size zip-link bed that can be configured as two singles on request. All bedrooms are complete with terrestrial TV, CD/DVD players, tea & coffee making facilities, clock radios and hair driers. Irons/ironing boards are available on request. There is gas fired central heating throughout, and supplementary room heating is available on request.

For the convenience of guests there is a porch where outdoor clothing/boots may be left, and there is also a drying room. Breakfast is served in the spacious and comfortable ground floor dining hall. There is a first floor lounge reserved for the use of guests. This contains comfortable seating, a CD/DVD library and a range of walking books and leaflets describing local attractions. Adequate car parking is available, and secure storage is available for bicycles and other outdoor equipment. Yew Tree House is a non-smoking establishment. We do not accommodate for dogs other than assisted dogs. No Children allowed.
