It was converted in 1990 and is now our family home as well as providing stunning guest accommodation in the tiny hamlet of Worton, near Askrigg in Wensleydale. We have a sauna and mini gym available for all B&B guests and a Hot Tub on the patio exclusively for guests in the 'Yoredale' room. We also have a four star self catering holiday cottage (sleeps 4) adjacent to Stoney End, suitable for families or for visitors who prefer to be more independant. Stoney End Cottage has its own Hot Tub on a private patio overlooking the dale.
Our three guest rooms: Wensleydale - a glamerous, romantic room with 4 poster king sized double bed and ensuite shower room. Ellerkin - Has a king size bed and views over Ellerkin Scar. This room has a private bathroom with a new double ended rolltop bath. Yoredale -Our ground floor bedroom with super king size bed, spacious en-suite shower room, lovely views and a private outside seating area with its own Hot Tub.
We are members of Deliciously Yorkshire Breakfasts and have an extensive breakfast menu full of locally sourced produce. Winner of Deliciously Yorkshire Breakfast 2007-2008, finalists in 2009/10 All our bedrooms and bathrooms have been upgraded over the last twelve months and we have also installed an infra red Sauna for guests to enjoy after a days walking on the fells. Have a session free when you stay more than one night. For those who need to keep in contact with home we have free WiFi access. Free private parking and a private patio with a Hot Tub in Yoredale.
