The entrance to the property is at the rear of the property and through the yard and into the kitchen. There is a large dining room with original shutters and double doors through to the large lounge area that boasts stunning views over Panett Park and the private front garden. A short flight of stairs will take you to a separate WC and separate shower room with hand basin. There is also a Games Room/ 2nd lounge area offering more room to enjoy this wonderful accommodation. On the first floor, there is a double room to the front and a twin bedroom to the rear.
