Come face to face with a wealth of wildlife which live on the moors and enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery in Britain……. Each cottage is fully equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible. All guests have the use of the indoor swimming pool, games room & tennis court. The lane at the side of Cliff House leads up through Chafer Wood to farmland and then to the Dalby Forest with its walking & 55k of new mountain cycling trails.

PEAR COTTAGE (sleeps 2 +1) self-contained flat recently converted from the first floor wing of Cliff House. Private entrance hall & staircase. Bathroom with over bath shower & WC. Spacious kitchen/dining room. Single pull down bed built into a cupboard, Separate lounge leading to double room with exposed beams. Full central heating. APPLE (sleeps 2) Recently converted from the laundry and apple store of Cliff House, a 16th century listed manor house. Private entrance to ground floor with a kitchen & dining area. Separate lounge. First floor has a double room with views up the garden, small bathroom WC. PINE (sleeps 4/5)converted from stables and grain stores. Entrance to hall at Ground floor level with cloaks, separate WC & bathroom with over bath shower & WC. 2 large bedrooms, 1 with double bed & 1 with a double bed & a single. 1st floor lounge/dining room with wood burning stove and a fitted shaker style kitchen area. Views over the dale & the tennis court. Built in stair-gate. WILLOW (sleeps 4) Another upside down cottage with a double bedded room & a small twin bedded room, bathroom with over bath shower & WC all on the ground floor. Rear ground floor entrance hall with stairs to 1st floor (has a child safety gate). 1st floor comprises sitting room/dining room with open fire and a fitted shaker style kitchen area. Willow enjoys the same views as Pine Cottage.

Ground floor twin bedded room with ensuite WC & washbasin. First floor has sitting room, bathroom with over bath shower & WC & a double bedroom. BEECH (sleeps 5+1 )Converted from carriage house and stables. Small private courtyard garden with BBQ & picnic bench. Entrance to hall, bathroom with over bath shower & WC, twin bedded room. Steps down to dining area & fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Archway leading through to lounge with log stove. 1st floor has a double-bedded room & one large single room with a Z bed if required. Separate WC. MAPLE (sleeps 6)Converted from racing stables & former grooms cottage, 3 bedroom cottage is located nearest to the main entrance to the complex by the main road & has a small private gated courtyard with barbecue and garden furniture. The ground floor comprises of a spacious lounge with open fire leading to fitted kitchen/dining area with dishwasher. Door off to twin bedded room with en-suite shower/WC. 1st floor has bathroom with over bath shower & WC, a double-bedded room & a twin bedded room. HOLLY (sleeps 6) spacious cottage enjoying a peaceful location overlooking the gardens & tennis court. The ground floor comprises: entrance hall/ cloakrooms with adjoining shower room/W.C. Leading on to a large lounge with open fire. Fitted kitchen/dining room with dishwasher. 1st floor comprises bathroom with WC, a double bedroom & 2 twin bedded rooms.

Specialities

All cottages have colour T.V., VCR & DVD, microwave oven, conventional oven, fridge, coffee maker and radio cassette player. There is also a shared laundry room with a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. (Irons and ironing boards are provided in the cottages).
