Conveniently located close to the city centre, Millgarth is an unusual Edwardian end terrace house offering quality contemporary styled self-catering accommodation. Situated approx 1200 yds from York City Centre (15min walk), the house is close to local amenities (convenience store, off licence and takeaway and pub) and bus routes into town. Parking available with permit provided. The property is on a minor through road, however double glazing keeps traffic noise to a minimum.

Access is available to a rear courtyard which is partially decked, garden funiture is available during the summer months. Millgarth is available from April 2007 and can be booked throughout the year on both a weekly and short break basis. Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday, short breaks either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. Please note that we will accept one pet but the house is entirely non-smoking .
