Conveniently located close to the city centre, Millgarth is an unusual Edwardian end terrace house offering quality contemporary styled self-catering accommodation. Situated approx 1200 yds from York City Centre (10min walk), the house is close to local amenities (convenience store, off licence and takeaway and pub) and bus routes into town. Parking is available for one car with permit provided, however there is a forecourt area to the front for another small car if required. The property is on a minor through road, however double glazing keeps traffic noise to a minimum. Access is available to a rear courtyard which is partially decked, garden furniture is available during the summer months. Millgarth can be booked throughout the year on both a weekly and short break basis (summer months weekly only). Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday, short breaks either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. Please note that we will accept one pet but the house is entirely non-smoking .

Millgarth comprises one double room with ensuite shower room and one double room with adjacent bathroom with shower over bath. Both have plenty of storage and all linen and towels are provided. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads into the lounge on the right and the kitchen diner on the left. The lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and armchair and is fully equipped with colour television and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen & dining area with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is a park close by for dog walking or entertaining children and a SUSTRANS cycle route for the more energetic.
