About this property
Staying in University college accommodation is a very economical way to visit York and experience everything that this fabulous city has to offer. Franklin House forms part of the National Science Learning Centre which is a state of the art facility on the north side of York University. Based in several acres of parkland and close to the lake, it's a peaceful location in which to stay yet only two miles from all the events and attractions of the city centre.
Within Franklin House are 64 ensuite bedrooms which are available for the leisure or business traveller to York. Guests can expect a mouthwatering full english breakfast Monday to Friday, however the restaurant is not available at the weekend. Lunch and dinner can also be taken at Quarks and b Henry's

Guests may check in from 2 pm onwards and we ask that you check out by 9.30 am. Car parking on the campus is free from midnight on Friday over the weekend but a small charge is levied midweek.
