About this property
Number 2 Pickles Hill Cottage in Oldfield is a beautiful ivy covered property, full of character and charm. There are original exposed beams in many of the rooms, which show the accommodation's age, as well as support beams in the kitchen. The open plan lounge has a wood burning stove, for which fuel is supplied, and the kitchen is fitted with modern appliances. There is an extendible dining table which can be folded away after meals, as well as a stunning garden full of colourful flowers and shrubs where you can take some time out and admire the scenery.
This holiday cottage is located just two miles from Haworth, which is famous for its connection to the Brontë sisters, all of whom were world renowned novelists and wrote their works in the town. The most famous of their novels are Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights, and there are numerous attractions in the town relating back to them; the Brontë Parsonage Museum in fact being one of the best places to visit in the town.

Three people can stay at Number 2 Pickles Hill Cottage and there are two bedrooms at the property. Both rooms have double beds in them, although one of them is only accessible from one side. The larger of the bedrooms has a feature fireplace and beautiful stonework on one wall.

The owners of Number 2 Pickles Hill Cottage allow families with young children to stay, and cots and high chairs are readily available upon request. Guests with cars can be given keys to a public garage some 25 yards from the cottage, where two vehicles can be parked off road.
