This delightful 4 star guest house presents guests with superb bed and breakfast accommodation, and is situated on the West Cliff of Whitby. The family run establishment is beautifully furnished throughout, and the B&B has magnificent sea views. It is ideally situated in this wonderful town, and the beach, harbour and town centre are within easy walking distance. Discover this picturesque gem on foot, and find yourself intrigued by the cobbled alleys, winding streets, unique shops and welcoming locals.

Whitby is home to a full size replica of Captain Cook's ship, the 'Bark Endeavour'. Climb aboard the ship and join the crew on a sailing voyage around Whitby Harbour, during which, you will see the spectacular scenery of the North Yorkshire coastline. Whitby was also the inspiration for the world famous novel, 'Dracula' by Bram Stoker. He began to pen his masterpiece after gazing out towards the East Cliff from Whitby Abbey's graveyard, and ultimately the count was imagined, becoming one of the most iconic, fictional characters of all time!

The guest house has 15 rooms available, and all will offer luxurious comfort. With a mixture of king, double, twin, family and single rooms we are sure to be able to meet your booking requirements. The rooms have en-suite facilities and all rooms are well equipped with a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are non-smoking.

Sadly we do not provide our own private parking however there is public parking available on the road infront of the guest house. Children are welcome to stay at the Riviera, however we do not allow pets (apart from guide dogs).
