The Resolution Hotel provides excellent customer service and is definitey the place to stay when visiting the historic town of Whitby. The hotel building originally dates back to 1779 and was designed on the plans of the Mansion House in London. The picturesque town of Whitby is said to be 'the jewel in the crown of the Yorkshire Coast' and the historic harbour remains to this day a working port.

The Upper Deck Restaurant offers traditional and local specialties. All are freshly prepared using only the finest quality local ingredients and are complimented with a fine wine list. In addition to the restaurant there is also an open plan bar with comfortable seating, pool table and large television with Sky sports and music.
