Penyghent Cottage in the Yorkshire Dales is family friendly and can sleep up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, all spaced over the first and second floors of the property. The lounge is furnished with plush sofas and is heated by an open fire, while the kitchen is expertly fitted with modern appliances and includes a dishwasher and tumble dryer. The dining room has seating for 6 and has an attractive wood burning stove in it.

Penyghent Cottage is the perfect place to stay in the Yorkshire Dales thanks to the large number of walks and other activities located nearby. If you're an experienced walker you could attempt part of The Pennine Way while you're staying at the cottage, as the 267 mile walk runs straight through the town. You shouldn't finish your holiday in this part of the Yorkshire Dales without a ride on the Settle–Carlisle Line, a well known railway line that runs for 73 miles and has a stop in the town. You can observe beautiful scenery during your ride, and tickets are low priced.
