Ingleton is an enjoyable but peaceful village with a range of pubs, shops and cafes to explore. During the Summer there is an open air swimming pool that is fun for the whole family. There are some brilliant walks in the area ideal for the casual and experienced walker with some highly attractive scenery including waterfalls and rolling hills. From the cottage base it is only a short drive to some of the bigger towns in the area including Kirkby Lonsdale and Settle with a range of attractions including markets.
