This rustic cottage is set on a large estate just a short drive from Skipton which is approximately three miles away. Set within a converted barn, the cottage retains many original features including beams & windows. The cottage is ideal for a walking holiday with many public footpaths running closeby and complimentary fishing rights are available to guests. Ideal for both holidays & short breaks, the cottage's nearest town is Gargrave two miles away which provides basic amenities for your holiday. This is also a pet friendly cottage with pets welcome.
There is an abundance of attractions to visit during your holiday including the 900 year old Skipton Castle, meander along the Leeds Liverpool Canal which runs through the area or take a trip on the Pennine Boat Trip. Enjoy hunting for bargains at the Skipton Market which takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays or visit one of the pubs & restaurant in the town. The attractions of Kettlewell, Grassington & Bolton Abbey are all also just a short drive away.
The accommodation is well presented throughout, with excellent self catering facilities and luxuriously comfortable furnishings. The lounge area is a great place to relax, with entertainment options including TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD/radio. The kitchen and diner is well appointed and spacious, with all modern appliances. The king size bedroom has a stunning open plan design with open eaves, as well as a four poster bed and Jacuzzi bath.

The owner of the cottage is willing to accept short breaks (minimum 3 nights) at any time of the year and starting on any day of the week.
