This comfortable welcoming cottage has a colourful history - the infamous highwayman Dick Turpin once stayed the night here on his way to York. The fitted kitchen is bright and well equipped, and there are two good sized bedrooms both tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard.
The ground floor bathroom is very spacious, light and airy and the sitting room is generously proportioned with a dining area and an open fire, which makes the room an inviting space to relax in and especially cosy in the evenings. Outside the delightful garden is enclosed and is the perfect place to while away an afternoon. This is a super property to enjoy a holiday in this wonderful area. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 people. Full oil central heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Other features include an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio/CD.
