The small village of Well has a small church, a methodist chapel, a family-run pub and small playing field that children may enjoy. There is an annual scarecrow trail in the village that typically runs during August and September. Beyond Well, guests may like to visit the nearby cathedral city of Ripon with its popular market and lovely canal, or the bustling market town with its numerous historic & Georgian buildings.
