A superb residential coaching inn built in 1742 on the banks of the River Esk in Leaholm, within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. This fine country inn has modern facilities throughout following a major refurbishment, yet still retains all the charm and character of a traditional Yorkshire inn. The surrounding countryside is a walker's paradise and among the many attractions to be found within easy reach are the North Yorkshire Moors railway and what has now become known as 'Heartbeat country'. We have our own private fishing rights to the river, perfect for keen anglers.

The Board Inn at Leaholm serves real food, real ales and real cider all served in the cosy atmosphere provided by the inn's real fires. Fine food, sourced from local producers and including beef, lamb and pigs from our own herd, is served daily. You can dine in the restaurant overlooking the river, or in the warmer weather on the terrace over looking the river. Come and join us for some of the finest produce the county of Yorkshire has to offer. Alternatively, simply enjoy a cup of steaming coffee in the cosy armchairs and sofa by the fire in the comfortable lounge.
