The ground floor master bedroom, with doors onto the garden, has a king-sized bed and modern en-suite wetroom. The second bedroom is another king-size, with a flatscreen TV and DVD player. A third bedroom has twin zip-and-link beds, and the large bathroom has a walk-in shower, double roll-top bath, mood lighting and speakers connected to the house's sound system. The modern kitchen is well equipped, and a utility room leads to a separate WC. The spacious vaulted sitting room has oak beams, flagstone floors, rural antiques and a wood burning stove, plus the modern comforts of underfloor heating, variable mood lighting, a flatscreen TV with DVD player, an iPod dock and free WiFi. The refectory table under the green oak staircase and gallery seats 10, and the private garden is enclosed and laid mainly to lawn.
