Secluded caravan park close to Helmsley and North York Moors, modern facilities and shop on site

Wombleton is a small, friendly family caravan and camping park, just a few miles from the picturesque town of Helmsley with it's beautiful castle remains. The owners, David and Brenda Willoughby, live on the park and maintain it to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The toilet and washing block has a large number of excellent facilities which include power showers, hairdryer, ironing facilities, washing machine, spin dryer, shaver points. On site facilities include a small shop, well stocked with general groceries, a few caravan accessories, gas exchange and charcoal for the barbecue. Each pitch offers a generous amount of space and all pitches are level, with plenty of electric hook-ups. We also have a public telephone and a large selection of tourist information leaflets. Dogs are welcome, but must be tied up at all times, and exercised off the park.

Wombleton is conveniently close to the North Yorks Moors National Park, the Dales, and Herriot Country. Between March 30th to 31st October, we offer an array of seasonal pitches, ideal for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing seasonal pitch. A supplement price will be added on Bank/Public Holidays. We also offer Winter storage space for caravans.
