The cottage can also be booked with an adjacent property and the two cottages combined can accommodate up to 12 people. Offering features including exposed ceiling spaces, velux windows & two bathrooms, the cottage provides great family accommodation ideal for both holidays & short breaks to Yorkshire.
Tadcaster is the ideal base for exploring the wonderful Yorkshire Wolds with the North Yorkshire Moors & The Yorkshire Dales National Park both within easy reach. Ideal for active family holidays, the area offers a host of outdoor activities including walking, cycling, fishing & golf. Visit the famous John Smith's Brewery in Tadcaster or enjoy a cultural day out to the historic cities of York & Ripon. Beautiful Castle Howard is also just a short drive away or visit the peaceful Cistercian Fountains Abbey.
The cottages offers comfortable & well equipped accommodation comprises of three bedrooms: family room sleeping three people, single bedroom & additional double bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower over bath plus additional shower room with cubicle. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine & dishwasher. A utility room is available and there is an enclosed garden with furniture & barbecue.
Guests will find the cottage well equipped for a self catering holiday with a starter pack for the woodburner stove available and all towels & bed linen for your stay provided. Family amenities including a cot & high chair are available for hire and off road parking for two cars is provided. Please note that the cottages are access via a one mile farm track and are located near an RAF training base so some aircraft noise may be heard.
