Linton Lock and Lock House make the perfect budget caravan and camping site ideally placed near York in the small village of Linton-on-Ouse. We're only about 7 miles north west of York, on the River Ouse so all York attractions are easily accessible, yet you stay in an idyllic countryside setting. Fully equipped seasonal caravan pitches with water and electric hook-up are available to guests. If you are wishing to have a short stay near York and enjoy the outdoors why not consider camping at Linton Lock. Touring caravans, caravanettes and tents are welcome with us, and toilets and showers are available on-site.

We conveniently offers guests both an on-site restaurant and bar. Why not come for a meal in our fully licensed restaurant. We offer a comprehensive evening menu and a weekend day time bar menu with all of our meals cooked fresh to order. We also offer a Sunday Lunch menu between 12am and 2pm. A choice of Roasts are always available. We have a fully licensed bar in the Lock house which offers a wide range of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks at competitive prices. If you're a fishing fan, then Linton Lock is for you. Here at Linton Lock, on the River Ouse, we are fortunate to be able to boast some of the best coarse fishing in the country. A wide range of course fish are to be had from the River Ouse at Linton Lock.
