The perfect gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, Gold Award Bramble Cottage in Huby sits midway between Leeds and Harrogate, just a 15 minute drive from Leeds Bradford Airport. Furnished and presented to the highest standards, the cottage blends contemporary style with original high ceilings, exposed perlins and a stunning York Stone fireplace. Our beautiful cottage is available all year round, and with its stylish two bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for business, leisure, family holidays and short breaks. Plentiful parking is conveniently on-site, WiFi is throughout and dogs are welcome in our two spacious and sheltered kennels within our Dutch barn.

Accommodating four to five guests in a layout perfect for two couples sharing and families, the cottage excites on entrance with original exposed beams to the roof of the lounge and dining area. Bedrooms include a master double with large en-suite shower on the ground floor and an upstairs twin bedroom accessed via a winding staircase. All bedlinen and towels are inclusive, with an extra Z bed available if required. The fitted kitchen with oak units has a microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and an electric oven with a gas hob. A washing machine and drying rack are also included. A passage leads through to the lounge area with a beautiful York Stone fireplace, sofa and armchair seating for 5 and a dining area seating 6 guests.

A flat-screen colour television with Freeview, a DVD player, iPod dock, a telephone and WiFi are inclusive and we provide a selection of games, toys, magazines, books and films for guest use. Gas central heating is throughout and the property is non smoking. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are all available for families, and a welcome pack greets guests on arrival. The cottage has its own gated walled garden, a patio area with attractive outdoor seating and a swing, slide and climbing frame for children. Walking boot washing facilities, secure bike storage and parking for two cars are all on-site.

Special to this property

We have two comfortable dog kennels on the farm within our sheltered Dutch barn. Both feature spacious run areas able to accommodate up to 4 dogs. Please note - dogs are welcome in the kennels only and not within the cottage. Please call in the evenings if booking or enquiring by telephone.
