Welcome to the 4 star Moor End Farm, a small, family run caravan and camping park located 4 miles from the historic city of York. Our park enjoys the best of both worlds, peace and quiet in a convenient location. We are based in the beautiful countryside village of Acaster Malbis which offers a regular local bus service into York. Alternatively, we are just a 5 minute walk from the River Ouse where you can catch a riverbus right into the centre of the city.
We are the ideal base for exploring the area. York city is stunning with its Cathedral, the world famous Shambles, independent stores, the Yorvick Centre and so much more. We also have easy access to the North York Moors which is ideal for walkers, ramblers and sightseers. Castle Howard, one of Britain's finest Baroque mansions is also close by.
We offer 12 touring pitches and 6 static caravans, one of which is available to hire, sleeping up to 6 people. This caravan has all main services and comes fully equipped with central heating, colour TV, shower, fridge, microwave oven and toilet. Disabled access can be made available. Touring facilities available include electric hook-ups, hot showers, toilets with disabled access, dish-washing sink, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and microwave oven. Picnic tables are situated around the site for our guests to use.
