We have restored the accommodation to a high standard, with plenty of care and attention to ensure that the finished property retains plenty of the original charm of the building. Period features such as beamed ceilings and wooden doors take their place alongside TV with Freeview and a WIFI connection, giving a traditional feel with all modern conveniences.
This delightful holiday cottage is a great place to relax and unwind, with a large garden laid out to lawn at the rear of the property, complete with a summerhouse and furniture. The accommodation is a great base for exploring the North York Moors, with plenty to see and do in the National Park for all ages and interests. You'll be within a short drive of the coastline, with incredible resorts such as Whitby and Scarborough ideal for a memorable day trips.
Each of the two double bedrooms are well furnished with a bright and spacious ambience. With outstanding furnishings including antique chests, the design of this accommodation has been carefully planned to create a fantastic home from home appeal. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The dining room is a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.
The Cottage is pet friendly, with one well behaved dog welcome by arrangement, and a large garden and beautiful surrounding countryside for walks. With off road parking for two cars available, this property is a good touring base for the North York Moors. The bills are included in the rent, with bed linen and towels also supplied for your peace of mind. The accommodation is non smoking.
