The main Hall was demolished in 1953 but a range of other buildings still remain including The Stables, a Victorian walled garden and the lodge gate houses which you will drive through on your way to the bed & breakfast. The Stables have been lovingly restored to offer luxury accommodation in a peaceful location
We have one Twin and one Double bedroom. The Twin room offers two double beds whilst the Double room offers a super-king sized bed. Each is spacious and tastefully furnished to a high standard and both offer en-suite shower-rooms, TV’s and many little luxuries.
Located between the villages of Middleton Tyas and Croft-on-Tees in a countryside location, The Stables is the perfect base from which to explore the area. There is plenty to see and do close-by including a number of picturesque villages and characterful market towns such as Richmond, Northallerton & Barnard Castle. Swaledale, Weardale and Teesdale are also all within easy reach. We have beautiful gardens which guests are welcome to explore and enjoy.
