Welcome to Lemon Cottage, a brand new 4 star luxury holiday cottage near Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Our cottage is located on Seaview Holiday Park, set in 10 acres of scenic North Yorkshire Moors National Park and guests are welcome to use all the facilities that the park, and its sister park, Northcliffe, have to offer. The cottage sleeps 4 people and is designed to resemble a villa, all on one level with beautiful views across the countryside towards Esk Valley.

The park is just 800 metres from the beautiful Heritage Coast and the Cleveland Way coastal Footpath making the cottage the ideal base for walkers and outdoor lovers. There is also direct access to the 'Old Railway Track', a designated cycle and walking path which will take you to both Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Seaview holiday park has a games room and tots play area whilst Northcliffe boasts play parks, football pitches, grass tennis court, basketball net and a shop and café with an off licence.

Additional Information

The cottage boasts an open plan kitchen/diner with comfortable seating, a flat screen tv with Sky freeview as well as a CD player. There is also a dining area with table and 4 leather chairs. The modern kitchen is well equipped with Dishwaster, microwave, fridge freezer, electric cooker, hob and much more. There are 2 bedrooms, a king size and twin, both with ensuite shower rooms. The house is centrally heated and double glazed.

All gas and electricity is included. Bed linen is also provided and beds will be made up for you on arrival. Towels are also provided. You will find complimentary tea and coffee, sugar, fresh milk and biscuits. A high chair and travel cot are available free of charge.
